the staff here makes this place. every single barista here is friendly and good at what they do. they all move quickly too so you're never left waiting for long. it's always clean and they keep everything stocked and full.

Great Starbucks. The environment is clean and friendly. The location is extremely convenient even though they do not have a drive through or their own bathrooms. Friendly and fast staff gave me Americano and heated brownie, ssh the brownie needs to be kept from my wife, with smiles on their faces and they wrote my correct name on the cup. They need more seating because the area is too cramped but a delightful place for a quick cup.

A very convenient location if you work in the nearby buildings! But I must say this is one of my least favorite Starbucks locations. While I agree that service is pleasant, it just takes way too long. I recommend you come here with a few extra minutes to spare because you'll do your share of waiting. Another downer is that every time I get a latte I always seem to have a cup that's about half empty and then the other half is just whipped cream....a very ungenerous portion of latte makes for a grouchy me.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Anchorage partially due to living right down the street, but mostly because the staff is friendly and professional. The drinks are well prepared and there's hardly ever a wait.

Soldiers love this place. Long lines every morning. Try the Chocolate Chai Latte it is delicious. Starbucks is located in a nice theater location. HOOAH!
